Instructions

- Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just mixed, being careful not to overmix.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, greasing lightly with butter.
- Pour the batter onto the skillet, cooking until bubbles form on the surface before flipping and cooking until golden.
- Serve warm with maple syrup or your favorite toppings.
Notes
For even fluffier pancakes, let the batter rest for 5-10 minutes before cooking.
Use buttermilk instead of regular milk for added flavor.
Add vanilla extract for a hint of sweetness.
