- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 16 ounces mini marshmallows
- ½ cup biscoff cookie creamy spread
- 6 cups rice krispies cereal
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and biscoff spread, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the rice krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking pan, pressing down firmly.
- Allow to cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
Notes
For easier cutting, use a greased knife or wet your hands when pressing the mixture into the pan.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
