- 2 cups honey nut cheerios
- 2 cups kettle corn
- 1 cup crispy chow mein noodles
- 1 bag (11 oz) white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup bunny graham crackers
- 1 cup pastel easter m&m's
- 1-2 tablespoons easter or pastel colored sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment or wax paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rice Chex cereal, Honey Nut Cheerios, kettle corn, and chow mein noodles, then stir well.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute. Stir, then heat in 30-second increments, stirring constantly, until smooth without overheating.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the snack mix and stir gently to combine everything thoroughly.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet and let it cool for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Once hardened, break it into pieces and transfer to a large mixing or serving bowl.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar over the mix and gently toss until coated.
- Add bunny graham crackers, M&M's, and sprinkles to the bowl, mixing gently to combine.
- Garnish with additional M&M's and sprinkles on top.
Notes
Ensure the white chocolate is melted properly to avoid clumping.
Feel free to adjust the amounts of sprinkles and M&M’s based on preference.
This mix can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
