Ingredients
- graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cool whip, thawed (or whipped cream, stiffly beaten)
- 1 package (3 oz) peach jello powder
- 1 package (3.4 oz) cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups canned peaches, drained and sliced
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Gently mix in the thawed Cool Whip until fully blended.
- Spread this cream cheese mixture evenly into the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
Notes
For a homemade graham cracker crust, crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter before pressing into a pan.
Chill the pie in the refrigerator for a few hours to let it set properly before serving.
You can substitute fresh peaches if desired for an even fresher taste.
