  • graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cool whip, thawed (or whipped cream, stiffly beaten)
  • 1 package (3 oz) peach jello powder
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cups canned peaches, drained and sliced


Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  2. Gently mix in the thawed Cool Whip until fully blended.
  3. Spread this cream cheese mixture evenly into the bottom of the graham cracker crust.

Notes

For a homemade graham cracker crust, crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter before pressing into a pan.
Chill the pie in the refrigerator for a few hours to let it set properly before serving.
You can substitute fresh peaches if desired for an even fresher taste.
