Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400ºF and grease a muffin pan with butter.
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, mozzarella cheese, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the softened butter to the mixture and use your fingertips to create a crumbly texture.
- Mix in the eggs vigorously with a fork until you achieve a lumpy dough.
- Scoop about two tablespoons of the batter into each muffin tin.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush melted butter on the tops of the biscuits and serve warm.
