Ingredients

  • juice from one lime (plus one slice for garnish)
  • 2 teaspoons raw honey
  • 6 ounces tonic water
  • 2-3 slices of jalapeno
  • a dash of sea salt flakes
  • 3/4 to 1 cup ice


Instructions

  1. In a 14-ounce glass, combine the honey with 1 to 2 tablespoons of hot water; stir until dissolved.
  2. Add the lime juice to the glass.
  3. Fill the glass with ice, then pour in about 6 ounces of tonic water.
  4. Introduce 2 to 3 slices of jalapeno to the mixture and stir gently.
  5. Finish by sprinkling a dash of sea salt flakes on top and garnish with a slice of lime.
