Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup peanuts

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch square pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large, glass microwave-safe bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Microwave on full power for 1 minute, stirring and continuing in 10-second intervals until melted.
  3. Add the salt and vanilla extract, stirring until combined.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows and peanuts.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Let the fudge set and cool for at least 4-6 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Once cooled, cut into squares and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1-2 weeks.

Notes

Using parchment paper makes it easier to lift the fudge out of the pan for cutting.
Feel free to customize the mix-ins with nuts or dried fruits based on your taste.
Ensure to store the fudge in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
