Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup peanuts
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch square pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large, glass microwave-safe bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Microwave on full power for 1 minute, stirring and continuing in 10-second intervals until melted.
- Add the salt and vanilla extract, stirring until combined.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and peanuts.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Let the fudge set and cool for at least 4-6 hours, preferably overnight.
- Once cooled, cut into squares and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1-2 weeks.
Notes
Using parchment paper makes it easier to lift the fudge out of the pan for cutting.
Feel free to customize the mix-ins with nuts or dried fruits based on your taste.
Ensure to store the fudge in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
