- 12 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate, (slightly thawed)
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups (298 g) frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
Instructions
- Let the lemonade concentrate sit at room temperature for 30 minutes or microwave for 20–30 seconds if too firm.
- Combine the lemonade concentrate, ice cream, frozen strawberries, and strawberry jam in a blender.
- Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of milk or water if too thick.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For an extra touch, garnish with fresh strawberries on top.
Adjust the thickness by varying the amount of milk added during blending.
Use fresh strawberries if desired, but frozen gives a creamy texture.
