This Dole Whip is a delightful treat that combines frozen pineapple, creamy vanilla ice cream, and pineapple juice, all blended into a smooth, refreshing dessert. Perfect for a hot day or whimsical gatherings, this recipe is simple and delicious, sure to please kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice


Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
  2. For a decorative swirl, move the blended mixture to a piping bag fitted with a 1M or star tip and pipe into a glass.
  3. To create a Dole Whip Float, add the blended mixture to a tall glass, pour in 2 ounces of pineapple juice, and top with a cherry.
  4. For a Boozy Dole Whip Float, blend in 1 ounce of rum and an additional 2 ounces of pineapple juice. Serve with a cherry on top.

Notes

Using frozen pineapple chunks gives the best texture.
For a dairy-free option, switch vanilla ice cream for coconut or dairy-free ice cream.
Adjust the amount of pineapple juice according to your taste preference.
